This penthouse crowns an adaptive reuse project of a 1930s parking structure, preserving its classic Art Deco façade while introducing a contemporary, art-filled interior. The project brief was to create a modern home that expresses elegance and style, like a boutique hotel in Paris.

The floor plan emphasizes processional flow between rooms. A four-sided fireplace promotes a sense of openness while allowing the client to host intimate dinner parties.
