Built in 1949, this home has been revitalized to suit its owners’ active family lifestyle while honoring its mid-century roots. A second-story addition introduces a spa-like primary suite with sweeping lake views, alongside the construction of a new contemporary guest house.

The reimagined floorplan opens the living spaces to maximize natural light and lake vistas. At its heart, the lake room connects to the kitchen, where an 11-ft concrete island serves as a central gathering space. White oak pivot doors conceal a generous pantry, combining functionality with minimalist design.

The guest house reinterprets mid-century architecture, preserving a cohesive aesthetic that ties it to the original home. A stucco-clad garden wall artfully unites the two structures and offers privacy.
